Open Positions:
1. Branch Manager / Assistant Branch Manager / Relationship Manager / Relationship Officer
Level: Officer Level (Senior Officer/Officer/Junior Officer) - Few
Location: Existing Branches of All Provinces
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (preferably Master's Degree) in Management from a recognized University/College.
- Minimum 5 years of total banking experience in both branch operation and/or in credit function.
- For Branch Manager, at least 2 years of working experience as a Branch Manager in BFIs.
2. Assistant Level (Supervisor/Senior Assistant)
Location: Existing Branches of All Provinces
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate Level (preferably Bachelor's Degree) in Management from a recognized University/College.
- Minimum 3 years of total banking experience in both branch operation and/or in credit function.
- For Assistant Branch Manager, at least 1 year of working experience as an Assistant Branch Manager in the BFIs.
3. Central Recovery Department - Head Office
Positions: Officer Level (Junior Officer) - Few, Assistant Level (Supervisor/Senior Assistant) - Few
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (preferably Master's Degree) in Management for Officer Level and Minimum Intermediate Level (preferably Bachelor's Degree) in Management for Assistant Level from a recognized University/College.
- Minimum 3 years of total banking experience in credit function.
General Requirements for All Positions:
- Excellent Communication and Leadership skills.
- Age not exceeding 40 years for Senior Officer/Officer/Junior Officer and not exceeding 35 years for Supervisor/Senior Assistant as on the last day of application.
- Must have a Driving License.
- Corporate positions will be offered as per job experience and qualifications as deserved.
