5. Application Fees

  • Level 9 (Assistant Departmental Manager): Rs. 2,000

  • Level 8 (Assistant Deputy Departmental Manager): Rs. 1,500

Additional Group Fee (for the same post in multiple inclusive groups):

6. Last Day Submissions

11. Job Locations

12. Duties and Responsibilities

13. Probation Period

  • As per the company’s employee regulations.

14. Double Fee Period

  • The extended deadline (with double fee) will not be counted to calculate age, qualifications, training, experience, or service period.

15. Required Experience for Level 9 and 8 Posts

  • Five years’ experience at officer level in the relevant field from:

Recognized Sectors:

  • Government institutions and civil service

  • Fully or partially government-owned, organized institutions

  • Development Committees under the Development Committee Act, 2013

  • Statutory bodies or institutions

  • United Nations and its affiliated agencies

  • Intergovernmental international organizations

  • Affiliated university campuses

  • Community schools or campuses

If experience is from non-government or NGO/ INGO sectors, the applicant must also submit recruitment and organizational rules/regulations/directives/procedures that verify officer-level service in a competitive process.

  • For government employees presenting experience from other institutions, prior approval and leave documentation must be submitted.

  • If employed in more than one organization during the same period, only one full-time experience will be counted.

  • Experience of less than one year in temporary or contract service will not be considered.

  • Acting or interim service at officer level while officially holding an assistant post will not be recognized.

16. Educational Equivalence

  • Proof of academic equivalency must be submitted if required.

21. Documents Required for Inclusive Categories

  • Indigenous Nationalities: Must be listed under the National Foundation for Development of Indigenous Nationalities Act. If multiple surnames exist, a recommendation letter from the related constitutional body is required.

  • Dalit: Must be listed by the National Dalit Commission. If multiple surnames exist, certification from the related constitutional body is required.

  • Persons with Disabilities: Disability card issued by the local authority mentioning classification as per Section 4(3) of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2074.

  • Madhesi: Certification issued by an institution notified in the Nepal Gazette or, until such notification, by the Chief District Officer based on the local authority’s recommendation.

  • Backward Areas: Permanent residence must be in the districts listed under FMTC Rule 9(6)(a), supported by a citizenship certificate and local-level residence certification at least three months old.
