Academic Qualification: Graduated or passed the same examination. Also, having at least 6 years of work experience in the microfinance sector. Priority will be given to those involved in debt consolidation and risk mitigation.
Age: 21 to 40 years for authorized level and 2 years not later for manager

Academic Qualification: Passed a Certificate of Proficiency level or similar. Also, having at least 3 years of work experience in the field of microfinance for supervisory posts and at least 2 years for a senior assistant position.

Academic Qualification: SLC or SEE Completed. Interested to work in a rural area.
