Who Can Apply?
Candidates meeting the below criteria are encouraged to apply:
- Must have completed 21 years of age as of 2080/04/30.
- Maximum age limit is 35 years. However, for women or disabled candidates, the limit is extended to 40 years. Permanent civil servants are exempt from the age limit.
Examination Structure
The selection process comprises of a Written Exam, Group Discussion, and Interview. The entire examination will be conducted in Pokhara.
How to Apply?
All applications must be submitted via the online application system at PPSC Gandaki Pradesh.
Application fee: NPR 1,200/- is to be paid by each candidate. If a candidate is applying for additional posts under inclusive groups, an extra fee of NPR 400/- is to be paid per group.
Payment method: Cash payments can be made through the designated banks using the bank voucher created through the online application system. Alternatively, the application fee can also be paid through the specified Payment Service, post the creation of the bank voucher.
Submission of Application Fee
Applicants are required to pay the application fee following the procedures detailed below:

A bank voucher (featuring the Master ID and transaction code number) must be printed, which is generated through the Commission's online application system.

The cash fee can then be paid at any designated bank as per the information on the bank voucher.
Alternatively, once the bank voucher has been created through the Commission's online application system, applicants can also opt to make payment through the specified Payment Service.
Important Note: Direct online payments through Connect IPS or any other electronic payment systems such as eSewa, Khalti, etc., will not be accepted.

- Extended deadline (with double payment): 2080/05/05
- Last date for fee submission: 2080/05/06 (within office hours)
