- Copy of Educational Qualification Certificate
- Passport size split 2 pieces
- Copy of License registered with NHPC and renewed
Type of Exam:- The exam will be both written and interview.
Age:- 18 years to 35 years and in the case of women up to 40 years
Salary and benefits:- The contract will be as per the rules of Nepal Netra Jyoti Sangh.
Eligibility will be given to those who have worked in any eye hospital and female candidates will be given more preference.
Deadline to Apply: Eligible applicants should submit their application within 15 days from the date of publication of the notification; But since the Dashain holiday is coming up, the last date for submitting the application till 2079-06-27.
Form Fee: Rs 500 for Senior Assistant Level and Rs. 300 for Assistant Level
