1. Sales Manager (SM) - 4
Hamrobazar is seeking to hire a sales manager for its automobile division, who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. He/she will develop a sales plan, strategy, and goals that covers hamrobazar's automobile's sales, revenue, and expense controls. Furthermore, he/she will be responsible for training the sales team to meet desired sales goals.
Qualification
- Masters in Business Administration
- 7 to 8 years of experience in automobile industry
- Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills
- Able to lead large sales team
- Should have sound knowledge of ATL, BTL, and TTL marketing.
2. Area Sales Manager - ASM (outside valley) - 6
The Hamrobazar automobile division is hiring an experienced area sales manager to help us keep growing. He/she will be responsible for establishing, maintaining and expanding our customer base. His/her major duties include reviewing and reporting sales data to seniors, planning and executing sales strategy for assigned areas.
Qualification
- MBA (preferred), BBA or BBS - 3 years of experience in automobile industry or FMCG - Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills - Willingness to travel regularly to attend and host meetings - Valid two-wheeler license.
3. Franchise Manager (FM) - 2
The franchise manager will be responsible for opening and planning Hamrobazar's exclusive franchise outlets, His/her major duties include expanding the reach of Hamrobazaar's outlets all over the country. assuring the ROI of the channel partner. He/she should have ample knowledge of executing events and profit-sharing branding activities.
Qualification
- Masters in Business Administration
- 4 or 5 years of experience in automobile industry
- Ample knowledge of Nepali automobile market
- Ability to create/open dealers and franchises
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Customer Service Executive (CSE) - 8
Hamrobazar automobile division is hiring customer service executives who are mainly responsible for attending to customer's needs and complaints to the best of their ability and maintaining customer satisfaction. He/she will be Hamrobazar's primary point of contact for clients for inquiries, requests, queries, and complaints.
Qualification
- Completion of Bachelor's programme
- Two years experience in automobile industry or FMCG (preferred)
- Pleasant and clear speaking voice
- Effective communication skills; both verbal and writing
- Ability to effectively work with a team - Problem solving skills
- Valid two-wheeler license (preferred)
