Holistic Development Center (HDC) is an active NGO working in all three rural municipalities of Rukum East for social and community development. HDC, in cooperation with FAIR MED, is working in Rural Health Improvement Program (RHIP). For RHIP, the following project staff is required urgently. Interested Candidates, Nepali citizens with eligibility as mentioned below are requested to apply in [email protected] or in the HDC office at Sisne Rural Municipality 6, Rukumkot, Rukum East within office hours.
1. Project Coordinator: 1
Eligibility: Minimum At least Bachelor's in Public Health with more than 5 years of experience in health program management, MPH preferable Or At least Bachelor's in Rural Development or Sociology with 8 years of experience in the sector of health, social and community development sector.
2. Finance and Admin, Logistic Officer: 1
Eligibility: Minimum at least Bachelors in Management with 3 years of work experience in administration and accounting.
3. Field Supervisor:-1
Eligibility: minimum at least certificate level in health science, having experience of more than 3 years in Community health program, have good social mobilization and community empowerment skills, and experience.
4. Social Mobilisers: 3
Eligibility: Minimum Plus 2 in any discipline, at least 2 years of experience in community development programs with demonstrated social leadership, mobilization of people and local resources, and community empowerment. Should be from the same working municipality.
5. Community development Volunteer: 6
Eligibility: Minimum at least SLC passes with interest and experience in community mobilization/ social mobilization. Should be from working Wards (hard-to-reach area) of the same municipality.
