1. DEPUTY CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER: - ONE
This position will require DCEO to especially look into the overall function of the Company. The Candidate needs to formulate strategies to enhance existing scenario and support the higher authority to achieve the goal of the company. Candidate has to coordinate with respective branches and department heads for the smooth operation of the Company.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent from a recognized University, preference will be given for master degree with 10 years of experience in managerial post and at least 3 years of experience in top management level in Banking or General Insurance Company.
- To play a supportive role to plan, develop, and implement strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the company and annual business plan to achieve the
- company's long and short term objectives.
- Knowledge of Insurance Laws, Directives of Insurance Board, Act and Directives of SEBON, Company Act and Labor Law, etc.
- Ensure that the company complies with all regulatory and statutory requirements guiding the business.
- In-depth knowledge of the business products and existing markets trend and practices.
- Proficient in Financial analysis and should possess the capability to identify and analyze the risks associated with policies and minimize the risk of financial losses.
- Should have strong leadership personality with communication ability to motivate, guide and direct the team to lead.
- Age should not exceed 50 years as on the last date of application submission.
2. CLAIM HEAD (CLAIM DEPARTMENT) - ONE (HEAD OFFICE)
- Bachelors, CA or equivalent from esteemed and recognized Universities. Preference will be given to candidates having at least 5 years of experience in the Claims Department In General Insurance Company.
- Should General possess of handling claims reported to Company with co-ordination from the respective surveyors and clients to process the documents on time delivering customer satisfaction
- Should possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills in regard to Office Package, Email, and the Internet.
- Valid Driving License.
3. COMPLIANCE HEAD - ONE (HEAD OFFICE)
- Bachelor degree, CA or equivalent in insurance, management from esteemed and recognized Universities. Preference will be given to candidates having at least 3 years of experience in General Insurance Company or Banking Industry.
- Should have adequate skills for accounting, financial reporting, auditing, Compliance, and Insurance Law.
- S/he must be result oriented with strong reporting knowledge.
- Should possess the capability to identify and analyze the risks associated with policies and minimize the risk of financial losses.
- Excellent computer skills.
4. OFFICERS LEVEL ( MARKETING) FEW
(INSIDE AND OUTSIDE KATHMANDU VALLEY)
- Bachelors' Degree or equivalent from a recognized University with at least 2 years of experience.
- Candidates should possess adequate skills for marketing
- Must be target oriented.
- Should possess decent skills for business communication.
- Must have good public relation.
- Should possess the ability to work in the team.
- Age should not exceed 35 years as on the last date of application submission
- Preference will be given to locals or residents of the nearby area for the Outside Kathmandu valley Branches Similarly while applying for the position, the candidates should specify the preferred branch.
5. ASSISTANT LEVEL (MARKETING) FEW
(INSIDE AND OUTSIDE KATHMANDU VALLEY)
- At least 10+2 degree. However, preference shall be given to the candidates with higher educational qualification.
- Preference shall be given to the candidates who have work experience
- The candidates should possess adequate skills for marketing.
- Must be target oriented.
- Age should not exceed 30 years as on the last date of application submission
- Preference will be given to locals or residents of the nearby area for the Outside Kathmandu valley Branches.
Similarly, while applying for the position, the candidates should specify the preferred branch.
Application without disclosure of age and marks/ percentage/CGPA shall be automatically disqualified.
