Exam type:

Junior Officer, Senior Assistant, Assistant Posts: Oral Interview;
Junior Assistant: Field Concept Paper and Oral Interview.

Age Limit: Must have completed 21 years and not exceeding 40 years for Officer Level and 18 years for the assistant Level and not exceeding 35 years. (In the case of women, the age limit will be added by five years).

Nature of work:

Group mobilization, loan investment and recovery, savings collection and loan analysis, and utilization inspection and accounting of accumulated savings and recovered loan installments will be done in remote rural areas of hills and terai. The training period for the post of Junior Assistant (Training) will be 6 months.

Only if the performance determined during that period is satisfactory, a probationary period will be appointed as per the rules of this financial institution. Only the prescribed training allowance will be given during the training period. Officers, seniors, and assistants will be appointed during the probationary period as per the rules of the financial institution. Preference will be given to those with work experience related to audits in the audit department. Only if the performance is satisfactory during the probationary period, a permanent appointment will be made as per the rules of this financial institution.
