Minimum qualifications and experience required:
- To submit proficiency certificate level in civil engineering or overseer or diploma level, an equivalent certificate in case of study from a foreign university.
- Experience and skill: Technical assistant will need the following experience and skill
- Have at least 3 months of basic computer skills,
- Has at least 6 months of experience in team building, monitoring and preparation, and analysis of cost estimates for infrastructure construction and maintenance, a team experience in achieving project goals and outcomes, interpersonal skills.
- Age: At least 18 years old and not exceeding 45 years
- The court has not found him guilty in the criminal case which shows moral decay
- No action has been taken in the future for disqualification for government service
