Circulation Manager- Kantipur Publications: 1

Position Overview: Circulation Manager for Kantipur Publications will be responsible for developing and expanding market share of its products, forecasting sales and implementing innovative strategies to achieve annual sales target, effective utilization of available distribution channels and mobilizing an existing team to ensure timely distribution of papers.

Job Descriptions:

• Introduce and implement innovative and attractive subscription schemes and ensure effective execution of the planning
• Highly maintain and manage the business partnership with all stakeholders including Agencies and authorized distributors and ensure timely collection of sales revenue.
• Supervise and monitor the performance of subordinates.
• Ensure timely distribution of papers and effective utilization of existing distribution

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management with a concentration in Marketing.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in a similar field is preferred however candidates are encouraged from FMCG and MNCs having experience in sales and
• Good Knowledge of Direct Marketing & Institutional Sales.
• Leadership and team management skills. Ability to lead a large team.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
