1. Chief Finance Officer (CFO): Assistant Chief Executive Officer (1)
Location: Head Office
Job Specification: Responsible for direct and oversee all the financial activities of the Bank, including the preparation of periodic financial reports and budget leadership and coordination in this administrative business planning, auditing and providing efforts of the Bank. The objective of this role is to make significant contribute to the achievement of the company objectives by providing advice and guidance on financial strategies and supports the leadership team in controlling formulation and setting the business directions of the organization by providing necessary inputs.
Qualification: Master's Degree in accounting or business administration with a Professional Qualification under any Institute of Professional Accountants like CA/ACCA.
Experience: Candidate must have at least 15 years of progressive financial management experience with a successful track record in a senior finance leadership role and must be currently working in the position of senior manager for at least 5 years.
2. Chief Operating Officer (COO): Assistant Chief Executive Officer (1)
Location: Head Office
Job Specification: The COO is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the bank's operational functions. Officer ensures the efficient and effective execution of operational activities while maintaining compliance with delivering exceptional customer experience, the position operates strategic thinking and operational expertise to drive the bank's growth. Profitability, and operational excellence.
Qualification: Master's degree in banking/finance/business administration or related fields with minimum 15 years of experience in banking sector and at least 5 years of experience as Head of branch or equivalent to the position of Senior Manager for at least 3 years.
Experience: Preferable for working in candidates having additional knowledge in the area of finance related job functions. Experience in commercial Bank for at least 5 years and in a managerial level and 3 years for officer level.
3. Chief Recovery Officer (CReO): Senior Manager (1)
Location: Head Office
Job Specification: The Chief Recovery Officer (CReO) is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to recover non-performing assets (NPAs) and managing distressed loan portfolios effectively. The candidate must possess strong leadership and analytical and risk management skills to drive the bank's efforts in reducing credit losses and ensuring the overall health of loan portfolio of the Bank.
Qualification: Must have completed at least CA or Master Degree from recognized university.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Commercial Banks and at least 3 years of experience in related job functions.
Must be currently working in the position of Manager for at least 3 years.
4. Chartered Accountant (CA): Senior Officer / Officer / Junior Officer (Few)
Location: Head Office, Various Departments
Job Specification: Candidates must have thorough knowledge of NRB Directives, BAFIA, NFRS, IFRS, GAAP, Auditing Standards and other relevant rules and regulations to banking.
Qualification: Chartered Accountancy from ICAN or any other recognized body.
Experience: Candidate must have minimum 2 years of experience in banking sector for Senior Officer, Minimum 1 year for Officer and freshers can apply for Junior Officer.
5. Reconciliation Officer: Senior Officer / Officer / Junior Officer (1)
Location: Head Office
Job Specification: The candidate is responsible for reviewing financial records, including bank statements, invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (BSc. CSIT, BCA, BIT, BE Computer, BIM, BSc. ICT) from a recognized university.
Experience:
- Candidates must have knowledge of Server, Network Operating System such as Windows Server, Linux, and MacOS and must be familiar with virtualization technologies such as VMware, vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Familiar with manage of client/monitoring system like Nagios, Zabbix will be preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft certified: Azure Administrator Associate, RHCE, or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and competent in Shell scripting, Python, Java will be preferred.
6. Central Credit Department and Kathmandu area Branches (Relationship Managers / Relationship Officers): Manager / Deputy Manager / Senior Officer / Officer / Junior Officer (Few)

Job Specification: Candidates must have knowledge of credit and marketing, credit appraisal/procedures and compliance with the NRB Directives.
Qualification: Candidates must have at least 3 years of working experience at credit function of the Bank for managerial level and 3 years for officer level.
7. Outside Valley: Relationship Managers / Relationship Officers: Supervisor / Senior Assistant / Assistant (Few)
Location: Outside Valley
Job Specification: This position must have knowledge of credit and marketing, credit appraisal/procedures and compliance with the NRB Directives.
Qualification: Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience for Supervisor and Senior Assistant and 1 year for Assistant working in credit function of the Bank.
8. Information Technology Department: Associate System Admin: Senior Assistant / Assistant (Few)

Job Specification: This position is responsible for supporting organizations IT structure by assisting in management, maintenance and optimization of system and networks.
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (BSc. CSIT, BCA, BIT, BE Computer, BIM, BSc. ICT) from a recognized university.

This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring stability and and user technical support.
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (BSc. CSIT, BCA, BIT, BE Computer, BIM, BSc. ICT) from a recognized university.

Experience:
Manager level: Candidate must have at least 7 years of working experience at Bank. Officer level: Candidate must have at least 4 years of working experience at Bank. Assistant level: Candidate must have at least 2 years of working experience at Bank for Supervisor and Senior Assistant and 1 year for Assistant.
Qualification:
Manager level: CA / Master’s degree in Management from a recognized university or equivalent with minimum 2nd division or CGPA 2.5 and above. Officer level: Bachelor's degree in Management from a recognized university or equivalent with minimum 2nd division or CGPA 2.5 and above. Assistant level: Bachelor's degree in Management from a recognized university or equivalent with minimum 2nd division or CGPA 2.5 and above.
Age Criteria:
