Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited, a leading National Level Development Bank operating in the Nepalese market with a network of over 89 branches and over 35 ATMs is seeking applications from highly motivated, result-oriented & dynamic professional Nepali Citizens for the following positions for its upcoming and existing branches inside Kathmandu Valley.
1. Branch Managers - Junior Officers/Officers/Sr. Officers (Inside Kathmandu Valley) - Few
- Bachelor's Degree in Management or equivalent degree from a recognized university having at least 5 years of banking experience.
Required Behavioral Competencies for the above positions:
- Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to work and contribute to a team and flexibility.
- Ability to positively contribute to the business.
Note: Appropriate position shall be assigned and negotiated with qualified and eligible candidates commensurate with their experience and expertise.
Candidates having Master's Degree shall be preferred.
