MAHILA LAGHUBITTA BITTIYA SANSTHA LIMITED VACANCY FOR SENIOR ASSISTANT AND JUNIOR ASSISTANT TRAINEE:

The following posts are required for the existing and newly opened branch offices under the national level Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited licensed “Class D” by Nepal Rastra Bank; Applications are invited from the following eligible Nepali citizens to reach this office within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice, or at Post Box No. 19270, or at [email protected].

The application form should be accompanied by at least 1-page handwritten article regarding the microfinance program, biodata, copy of educational qualification, citizenship and training, and experience certificates, and 2 recent passport size photos.

Required educational qualifications and experience:

For Senior Assistant: Must have passed at least 10 plus 2, or equivalent examination from a recognized educational institution and have 2 (two) years of experience in the minimum Assistant level in MFI.
For Junior Assistant Trainee (JAT): Must have passed the SLC / SEE exam with at least a 1.6 GPA or equivalent exam.

Other details:

Type of Exam: Interview

Age: Completed 18 years and not exceeding 35 years and in the case of women, 5 years has been added in the upper age limit.

Salary, allowances, and facilities: will be as per the rules of the financial institution.

Special Preference: Computer literate (Word, Excel, E-mail, etc.) and two-wheeler driving license.

Selection Procedure:

On the received applications, a selection list will be prepared as per the rules of the financial institution and published on the website www.mlbsl.com.np and notice board of this office.
Candidates on the shortlist will be informed about the date, time, and place of the interview by telephone.
Candidates of successful junior assistant trainees in the interview will be assigned for 6 (six) months of training.
Only successful trainees in the training will be appointed during the probationary period of 6 (six) months.
In addition, the successful senior assistant candidates in the interview will be appointed during the probationary period of 6 (six) months.
The permanent appointment will be made in the service of the financial institution only if the performance of the employees appointed during the probationary period is satisfactory.

Examination Fee: Rs. 400 for Senior Assistant Post and Rs. 300 for Junior Assistant Trainee.
