In this Meringden Rural Municipality, the vacancies for Health Assistant (HA) and Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) positions in the health care contracting service, according to the decision regarding the procedure for managing physician or health worker contract services, 2076 and village executive date 2076/08/08. Minimum Qualifications Required:
A) passed the HA and ANM course or above from a recognized educational institution,
B) must have completed 18 years, not exceeding 45 years, on the date of application;
Contract term: As of mid-2077 Asad (expiry depending on performance)
Salary: Rs. 26,000 / - for HA and for ANM posts. Rs. 20,000 / -
Required Documents:
A) 1 (a) copy of Nepali citizenship certificate,
B) 1 (one) copy of passport size photo,
C) 1/1 copy of all educational qualification certificates,
D) a certificate registered by the relevant council,
E) vouchers of NCC Account No. 1530000000101of Bank Meringden Branch, Meringden.
F) 1/1 copy of the certificate of work experience and training.
(All certificates must be scanned and submitted by the candidate himself/herself.
Application Fee: Rs. 600 / - (six hundred only) and Rs. 400 / - (four hundred only)
