Minimum criteria for Deans, Executive Directors, and Directors:

1) Professor or Associate Professor of the concerned faculty of Mid Western University; Or Professor or Associate Professor of the concerned faculty of a recognized university.

Minimum criteria for campus chiefs of affiliated campuses:

1) There should be at least a working Assistant Professor teaching on the concerned campus.

2) First priority will be given to the assistant professors teaching on the same campus.

P.S .: Deans, Executive Directors, Directors, and Campus Chiefs of affiliated campuses are required to submit personal details and vision papers.

In addition, the said criteria will also apply to the Deans of the Faculty of Humanities and Sociology, Faculty of Management, Faculty of Science and Technology, and Faculty of Education, which have already been advertised.

Article 26 of the Mid Western University Act 2067 and Article 165 (1 and 2) of paragraph 31 of the Mid Western University Organization and Educational Administration Rules, 2069 in the case of the Dean, Article 27 of the Mid Western University Act 2067 in the case of the Executive Director of the Research Center. 2) and Article 82 (4) of paragraph 8 of the Mid Western University Organization and Educational Administration Rules, 2069; Article 100 (4) of paragraph 13 of the Mid Western University Organization and Educational Administration Rules 2069 in the case of Executive Director of the Directorate of Planning, Development, and Monitoring, Article 135 of paragraph 21 of the Mid Western University Organization and Educational Administration Rules, 2069 in the case of Executive Director of the Directorate of International Relations. (6), and in the case of the Executive Director of the Curriculum Development Center, in accordance with Article 139 (6) of paragraph 22 of the Mid Western University Organization and Educational Administration Rules, 2069.

Special competency in the field of Research and Development (R&D) in the case of Campus Chief as per Section 170 (2) of paragraph 32 of Midwestern University Organization and Educational Administration Rules, 2069 and as Director of Research and Development Center (R&D Center). Should have been achieved.

The appointment of Dean, Executive Director, Director, and Campus Chief shall be made by the Vice-Chancellor as per the decision of the Executive Council. Making it more transparent by recommending and appointing qualified people; Interested persons who have met the above criteria have been issued a notice for application through the following online form within 10 (ten) days from the date of the first notice (excluding Tihar leave).
