Ministry of Forests end Environment ADAPTATION FOR SMALLHOLDERS IN HILLY AREAS (ASHA)PROJECT
Kantipur Management Private Limited (KMPL) announces the vacancy for Government of Nepal Adaptation for Smallholders in Hilly Areas (ASHA) Project. The project is an undertaking of the Ministry of Forests and Environment (MoEF) with the financial support of the International Fund for Agriculture Development (IFAD).
This is a six-year project effective from February 2W 5). It is being implemented in seven districts (Kolikot, Dailkeh, Salyan Jajarkot, East Rukum, West Rukum, and Rolpa). MoFE is the Executing Agency with overall project implementation responsibilities. ASHA is a climate change adaptation project that supports in developing the capacity to tackle the consequence of climate change. The goal of this project is reducing poverty in hilly areas of Nepal, who are facing challenges due to climate change. Kantipur Management Pvt. Ltd. hereby invites application from interested and appropriately qualified Nepalese citizens for the following job positions as per the following minimum requirements of qualification, experiences, and age:
Job Position: Financial Management and Procurement Specialist (FMPS) — 1
Duty Station: Kathmandu
Minimum Qualification and Experience: Masters' degree in Business Administration, Business Studies, Management, or equivalent in a related discipline; At least 7 years of professional experience in financial management, including at least 3 years in procurement management, and at least 3 years of proven experience in donor-funded projects and programs.

Mode of contract: Annual, renewable up to project period
Job Position: Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Specialist (MEAL Specialist) - 1
Duty Station: Surkhet
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- Masters' degree in Development Studies, Business Administration, Management, or equivalent in a related discipline;
- At least 7 years of professional experience in the field of planning, monitoring, evaluation, research, and statistics, including at least 3 years of proven experience with design and implementation of MEAL systems, logical framework, and other strategic planning approaches

Mode of contract: Annual, renewable up to project period
