1. Branch managers (Jr. Officer to Sr. Officer Level) - Few
Location: Province no. 1, Bagmati province, Gandaki Province, Lumbini Province.
Experience and Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant and progressive work experience in financial Institutions with a focus in credit, Deposit Marketing. promotion & sales of banking services.
- Skillful in promoting service culture through coaching, guidance, and motivation of staff.
- Strong orientation of compliance.
- Candidates with previous work experience as Branch Manager shall be preferred.
- Candidates must have a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management/Banking/ Finance/Business Administration from a recognized university.
- Age should not be more than 40 years.
2. Relationship Manager (Assistant to Supervisor Level) - Few
Location: For inside valley and outside valley
Experience and Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant and progressive work experience in financial institutions with focus In credit department.
- Knowledge of credit and marketing, credit appraisal/procedures, and NRB Directives.
- Candidates must have a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management/Banking/ Finance/Business Administration from a recognized university.
- Age should not be more than 35 years.
3. Junior Assistant - Few
Location: For Inside Valley and Outside Valley
Experience and Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers can apply.
- Priority will be given to prior experience in financial institutions.
- Candidates must have a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management/Banking/ Finance/Business Administration from a recognized university.
- Age should not be more than 35 years.
