Nepal Agro Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is a class D financial institution with 10 districts licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank. The financial institution has expanded its jurisdiction in Salyan, Rolpa, Pyuthan, Kaski, Parbat, Baglung, Gulmi, Palpa, Tanahu, and Lamjung districts. For the central office of the organization and the branch offices located in the said district, the following manpower is required; Applications are invited from interested Nepali citizens who have reached the qualification.

Minimum qualification required:

Assistant Manager: Must have passed Master or a similar examination, or Bachelor or similar examination and have at least 4 years of official category experience in a microfinance institution.
Officer: Must have passed Bachelor or similar exam, or proficiency certificate, or similar exam and have at least 4 years experience in a microfinance institution.
Junior Officer: Must have passed Bachelor, or similar exam, proficiency certificate, or similar exam and have at least 4 years experience in MFI.
Supervisor: Having passed Bachelor level, or a similar examination, and having at least 1-year branch head in banks and financial institutions with a total of 2 years work experience, or proficiency certificate, or similar examination; and must have at least 2 years of experience working as a branch head in a microfinance institution.
Senior Assistant / Assistant: Must have passed proficiency certificate or similar examination.
Junior Assistant / Trainee Assistant: Passed SLC or similar examination.

Additional Information:

Type of Examination: In the case of the above mentioned managerial category and authorized category, selection will be made on the basis of interviews of the candidates on the shortlist. Candidates on the shortlist in the case of Assistant category will be allowed to participate in the written and interview or in one of the two types of examinations.

Exam Fees: The examination fee of the shortlisted candidates will be Rs.800 for Managerial Level, Rs.500 for Officer Level and Rs.300 for Assistant Level.

Age Limit: For Managerial / Officer Level: 21 years should not be completed and not exceeding 40 years, and for Assistant Level: 18 years should not be completed and not exceeding 35 years. However, in the case of women, the upper age limit will be increased by 5 years.

Only the candidates on the shortlist will be allowed to participate in the examination.
