Nepal Aushadhi Limited Vacancy for General Manager (GM):

Recommendation Committee formed for the appointment of General Manager of Nepal Aushadhi Limited, Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies, Government of Nepal Vacancy Notice: 

Since the vacant post of General Manager in Nepal Aushadhi Limited will be filled through open competitive competition; This notice has been published within 21 (twenty-one) days from the date of publication of this notice by the interested Nepali citizens with the following qualifications for the information of all concerned regarding the formal application at Government Industries and Institutions Branch, Singha Durbar, Kathmandu, Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies. No action will be taken on the application received on time or before the due date.

1. Qualifications and experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Public Health, Pharmacy, Engineering, Public Administration, Management, Economics or Law from a recognized university or Chartered Accountancy degree.
  2. At least 5 years of work experience in the related field.
  3. Not disqualified as per Article 4 of the Directive on Appointment and Nomination of Public Body Officials of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply, 2077 BS.
  4. At the age of 35 and under 65 on the last date of application.

Note: For the purpose of notice of this vacancy, "Experience" means a Government of Nepal or a Government of Nepal with full or partial investment in a public institution or organization or university with at least a Deputy Secretary or similar position or under the United Nations system National Officer B level or so. Explain the experience of working as a full-time managerial officer of at least departmental head level in health science, pharmacology, the pharmaceutical industry of the pharmaceutical industry, or other large and medium enterprises. 

2. Documents to be submitted by the applicant along with the application:

  1. With the application, published on the website of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply www.moics.gov.np, Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply, the educational appointment in the format as per schedule 2 of the Directive on Appointment and Nomination of Public Body Officials, 2077, copy of Nepali citizenship certificate, personal details. And copies of experience documents must be certified and submitted by the candidate himself. The self-declaration form of the prescribed format available on the website along with the application form should be certified and submitted by the candidate himself.
  2. With the application, the candidate will have to submit a sealed business action plan with a maximum of 5,000 words for the good operation of Nepal Aushadhi Limited. Such a business action plan should be typed only once on A4 size white paper. Business Action Plan can be written in Nepali or English language.
  3. Candidate's name, last name, contact no. Candidates will have to sign by themselves.
  4. Except for the first page of the business action plan, the name of the candidate should not be revealed on any other page or any kind of sign, symbol, or letter.

3. Presentation of Business Action Plan and Interview:

Candidates on the shortlist should submit their business action plan on the date and time specified by the Ministry. In addition, candidates selected for the interview must be present at the specified date, time, and place along with educational qualifications, experience, and other relevant documents.

4. Fees:

Office Code No. of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Supplies for application fees. 307003502, Revenue Account No. 00100106200000 and Revenue Title 14224 to be deposited at Everest Bank, Singha Durbar Branch Rs. 5,000 (only five thousand per letter).

5. Remuneration:

The monthly remuneration and other benefits of the General Manager shall be as prescribed in the law of Nepal Aushadhi Limited.

6. Other details:

  1. The Ministry may cancel this advertisement without giving any reason.
  2. The rehabilitated person will have to submit the letter of consent received from his / her employed body to apply for the post of General Manager of Nepal Aushadhi Limited.
  3. If the applicant is found to have submitted false details or documents, the application will be canceled at any time and action will be taken as per the prevailing law.
