Nepal Cancer Hospital & Research Center Ltd. (NCHRC) is the first comprehensive cancer hospital pro­viding international standard cancer care services from its own state-of-the-art hospital located at Harisiddhi, Lalitpur. The NCHRC is seeking applications from dedicated, result-oriented, self-driven candidates to fulfill the following positions:

Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)/ General Manager (GM)

Qualification & Experience:

Education: Masters's degree in business administration/ hospital management or equivalent from a reputed university; international degree a plus.

Experience: Executive-level decision-making experience of either 10+ years at a major healthcare institution or 15+ years at a non•healthcare institution; International background highly preferred.

Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate flawlessly with a wide range of national and international stakeholders in both Nepali and English — verbal and written.

Technical Proficiency: Demonstrable interest towards healthcare (Ideally cancer) and technology related topics; expertise in finance& investment planning, strategy, and marketing.

Personality: Output-driven, solid strategic thinker, analytical, strong negotiator, people-centric.

Key Responsibilities:

Team: Develop a full team of capable senior management strengthened-management through trailings & new hires; revue compensation scheme of employees to better align them with company vision.

Process: Optimize hospital processes through data-driven decision-making and technology.

Revenue & Cost: Devise powerful growth strategies to expand revenue generation and drive the team to implement them efficiently; identify avenues to cut excessive costs without compromising the quality of output.

Strategy: Work closely with the board to devise a clear, long-term strategy and then develop a thorough implementation plan to achieve the vision; establish a relationship with new investors (local and/or international) to bridge any investment gaps

Culture: Nurture within the entire organization a culture of community, positivity, efficiency, and care

Coordination: Coordinating all of the duties and goats of the hospital staff to meet overarching hospital objectives

Development: Helps to develop specific programs for both customers and employees to grow the organization

Setting KPIs: Setting both short and long-term goals to measure company or department performance

Financial management Setting budget, approving all spending, optimizing expenditure, and managing other financial resources Including stocks

Human Resource Management: Ensuring all staff understand their roles/responsibilities and receive adequate training, resources, and support, boosting team morale, and encouraging staff to adhere to hospital values

Compensation & Benefits: Negotiable; commensurate with the qualification and value brought into the organization

Age: Not exceeding 55 years
