Nepal Gaja Development Foundation (NGDF-Baglung) has been working in coordination with government and non-government organizations in Baglung district for the past 25 years on education, health, nutrition, livelihood, accountability, social mobilization and local governance, social security, and integrated community development. Copies of certificates of educational qualifications, citizenship, training, experience, etc. for persons with the following qualifications and abilities in the following positions under the Education for All (Inclusive Education Program) to be conducted for the promotion of reading skills for children with disabilities from class 1 to 3 in Manang district. 1. Inclusive Education Coordinator-1 (One)
Minimum Qualification: Passed undergraduate level, Preference for postgraduate
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
At least 3 years of work experience in the field of disability, inclusive education and training, planning, budget management, staff mobilization, project monitoring and report writing in English, social mobilization, working in coordination and collaboration with local, governmental and non-governmental bodies, field Must be able and willing to work, have data collection, analysis, and management, understand and speak the local language, have computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Data Analysis) skills and be fluent in English.
2. Project Officer - 1 (One)
Minimum Qualification: Passed Bachelor level in Education subject
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
At least 2 years work experience in the related field, work experience for early class reading promotion and reading enhancement for children with disabilities, able to coordinate with school and family, experience in conducting teacher capacity development training, assisting and monitoring students' personal educational planning in school, school Proficient in computers (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Database) and English language that can coordinate and collaborate with the headmaster, school management committee, teachers and parents association, school resource person, local-level education head and village and town education committee. Must have good knowledge.
3. RFA Mobilizer - 3
Minimum Qualification: 10 +2 passed and at least 3 years experience in education subject, or 1-year experience after graduation
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
At least 3 years' work experience for the promotion of primary class reading skills and enhancing reading skills of children with disabilities, regular meetings, meetings and coordination with schools, families, local groups of persons with disabilities and stakeholders, identification of girls with disabilities for various reasons, local resources. And special recognition will be given to the candidates who have knowledge in computer identification and operation, child-friendly policy and program, computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Database) and have good knowledge of the English language and local language.
4. Finance and Logistic Officer - 1 (One)
Minimum Qualification: Passed undergraduate level under the Faculty of Management, Post Graduate is preferred
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
At least 2 years of work experience in the related field, project administrative, accounting management and logistics-related work, keeping track of real estate and movable and immovable property as well as good knowledge in the accounting system, computer (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Database).
