Responsibilities Description
- Managing various types of meetings.
- Applied the Board Member meeting Decision.
- Dealing with all Concern.
- Supervision and safeguarding of fixed and variable assets.
- Account Update.
- Receivable and Payable (Parties) Management.
- Daily Audit.
- Data Bank
- Minutes /Filling,
- Banking and account maintain Works.
- Financial reports and proposal Preparation.
- System Development.
- Reporting to the superior/ committee.
- Properties and tax legal matter consult and managed.
Qualification: Completion of Charter Account or MBA from a recognized institution.
- 2 Years wort Experience
- 30 or over-aged
- Nepali Citizen Wages
- 50,000 per month
- Social Fund as per the Nepal Government Regulation.
- Over time and travel allowances.
- Organization Honors.
Duty Hour-As per Nepal Government Calendar and Hour.
