1. CEO (Chief Executive Officer)
Qualification: Minimum Master Degree or equivalent degree from recognized university and a minimum of 3 years of experience on the head of the department in Laghubitta. Or, Candidates having Bachelor Degree with 5 years of experience in the head of the department on microfinance.
2. Senior Manager / Manager -1
Qualification: Master Degree or equivalent degree from recognized university and a minimum of 2 years of experience in microfinance as a head of a department. Or Master degree or equivalent degree with 5 years of experience in Banking and financial institution as an officer level.
Other qualification:
Age Limit: minimum 21 and not over 45 years old. 50 years in case of female candidates.
Salary and allowances: As per the rule of financial institute.
