(NBA) is a well-established media house of Nepal, which publishes the New Business Age (www.newbusinessage.com), an English Monthly and Aarthik Abhiyan (www.abhiyandaily.com), a Nepali Daily. NBA is looking for highly motivated professionals to fill out the following positions.
| 1. Online Editor (Nepali & English, One each) - Req. 2 |
Requirements:
- Must have at least a university degree in journalism or ten years of journalism experience.
- News and article editing skills.
- Good command over the respective language
| 2. Desk Editor/Sub Editor (News): Req - 2 |
Requirements:
- Bachelor in any field, preferably in journalism, Business Management, and Economics; Master's degree preferred.
- Preferably one year or more experience in any print media, but fresher too can apply
- Skills related to Nepali typing, news writing/editing, screening news on the basis of importance and deciding on the placement
- Good command over Nepali Language & general ability to understand material available in English
- Ability to operate word/data processing software such as MS Word and Excel
- Good understanding of business/economic issues
- Duty Hours: Full time, opening available for part-timers as well.
| 3. Senior Sub Editor (English) - Online Publication - Req. 2 |
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Journalism/Business Management/Economics. Master's Degree preferred
- Three to five years of related experience in journalism; Experience in online publication will be an advantage
- Good command over the English language and a good understanding of Nepali language
- Good understanding of business/economic issues
| 4. Sr. Reporter (Nepali) - Req. Few |
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Journalism. Master's Degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience in reporting/ journalism in any print media
- Excellent command over the Nepali language
- Ability to understand English
- Good understanding of business/economic issues
| 5. Photo Journalists: Requirement - 3 |
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Journalism. Master's Degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience in reporting/ journalism in any print media
- Good command over the Nepali language

| 6. Sr. Graphic and Layout Designer - Req. Few |
Requirements
- Preferably Graduate in Graphic Designing. No bar for an experienced person
- 2 years' experience of designing in any print media
