1. Assistant Manager-Department Head (3 Open Positions)

- Qualification/Experience: Degree from a recognized educational institution with 5+ years experience in microfinance or related field

2. Senior Officer/Officer-Monitoring Officer (8 Open Posts)

- Qualification/Experience: Passed Proficiency Certificate (10+2) level from a recognized institution
- Age limit: 18 to 35 years
Note: Preference will be given to candidates with driver's licenses (motorcycle/scooter) and locals for branch head and trainee assistant roles.
