Position : Cost/ Quantity Engineer
Qualification: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
Experience Required: More than or equal to Five Years as Cost/ Quantity Engineer
Job Description
Process and prepare Payment Applications, certification, and valuation of construction work, Project cost planning and budget monitoring, Cost estimating from a review of the project scope. Assessment of variations, financial reporting. He / She shall remain updated on the applicable government legislation.
Any other works assigned by the Project Manager.
Position: Contract Engineer
Qualification: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Master's in construction/ contract management preferred
Experience Required: More than or equal to Five Years as Contract Engineer
Job Description
Contract administration belonging to Contractors and Consultants. Assist for construction planning and scheduling, monitoring of progress, managing claims and variation orders, checking contractors' statements, monitoring of contract costs, Preparation of Tender/ Contract documents for any other additional works as required occasionally.
Any other works instructed by the Project Manager and Senior management.
