Plan International Nepal Job Vacancy Announcement for Various Positions:

Plan International is an independent development and humanitarian organisation that strives for just-world that advances children's rights and equality for girls. We have been working in Nepal since 1978 to help marginalised girls and boys, their families, and communities for accessing their rights to survival, development, protection, and participation. We implement programmes through local development partners in 24 districts in cooperation with the Nepal government, civil society organisations, and schools.

We invite application from interested and eligible candidates for the following positions:

1. Senior Technical Advisor (Leam)-1 Position

Fixed term employment for 2 years starting 1 July 2020 based in Country Office.

The Senior Technical Advisor - Learn initiates, leads, and provides conceptual and strategic direction for programme design, capacity building, quality insurance as well as technical leadership and support in matters related to basic education and Skills and Opportunities for Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship (SOYEE) program.

2. Senior Technical Advisor (Gender & Inclusion)-1 Position

Fixed term employment for 2 years starting 1 July 2020 based in Country Office

The Senior Technical Advisor gender and inclusion initiates, leads and provides strategic direction for programme design and quality assurance as well as technical leadership and support in matters related to gender equality, promoting and aiming to effectively integrate gender transformative and inclusive approaches across all programs dedicated to child rights and equality for girls.

3. Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) Specialist-1 Position

Fixed-term employment for 2 years starling 1 July 2020 based in Country Office

The MERL Specialist will lead to ensure an effective MERL system is in place for all Thrive (ECD and Protection) programs in Plan International Nepal. This will include the development and implementation of MERL systems, regular collection of monitoring data, and its analysis for management information purposes.
