Plan International Vacancy for Project Manager, Finance Coordinator, Project Officer, Operations Assistant

We invite applications from interested candidates with priority from females, minority and youth groups for the following positions:

1. Project Manager

- Adolescents' Access to Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights project (AASH) (Open to female applicants only; Fixed term employment until December 2026) based in Regional office West Surkhet

Responsibility:

The Project Manager will lead one of Plan International Nepal's project named AASH project. The Project Manager is responsible for providing Strategic leadership, overseeing partner management, budget control, staff coordination, representation at various government levels, ensuring effective monitoring and evaluation, and facilitating coordination and networking for the successful implementation of the KOICA/KNO funded "ASRHR Project" S/he is responsible for high quality and timely delivery of the project according to the objectives and approaches described in the project proposal and contract documents and to the satisfaction of the project Stakeholders.

2. Finance Coordinator

- Adolescents' Access to Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights project (AASH) (Open to female applicants only, Fixed term employment until December 2026) based in Regional Office West Surkhet

Responsibility:

Effective financial management to ensure that project activities implemented are at the best quality with the most competitive costs and they respond to CO, NO, and GH Policies and procedures incompliance with donor's condonation; Lead in financial management including monitoring, coaching, and capacity development of implementing partner's finance Staffs. Ensure accurate and timely financial management, including expense booking, cost recovery, compliance with donor conditions, and submission of comprehensive reports, while actively supporting the regional office team, coordinating with project managers, conducting frequent field visits for partner monitoring, and facilitating financial training for project partners.

3. Project Officer

- Adolescents' Access to Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights project (AASH) (Open to female applicants only, Fixed term employment until December 2026) based in Regional Office West Surkhet

Responsibility:

Ensure effective project implementation by providing strategic support and acting as a liaison between partner organizations and Plan International Nepal. Work closely with Senior/Technical Advisors, Lead and Decide, and Program specialists/Coordinators to ensure the development and application of timely, high-quality, and results-oriented program plans. The role involves establishing robust monitoring systems at all levels to ensure the timely completion of all deliverables.

4. Operations Assistant

- Re advertisement (Open to female applicants only; Fixed Term Employment of 2 years from date of employment), based in Regional Office East Janakpur.

Responsibility:

Support Plan International Nepal's Office to ensure Admin, Logistics and Procurement activities are in line with organizational objectives and complying with the policies and procedures; Responsible for purchase order creation, maintenance and data cleansing on SAP; Update and Create Procurement trackers and spreadsheets as required for Procurement data entry; Front Desk administration including sponsorship gift management; Manage cash fund transactions and accurately maintain record of expenditures and cash balance daily; Ensure regular payment of utility bills; Organize regular servicing/repairs of office building.
