1) Officer: 2 (Branch Manager/ Assistant Relationship Manager/Operation In-charge)
Minimum Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in management or equivalent degree with minimum 2nd division from recognized University. Preference shall be given to management graduates.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in credit/sales, operations, and overall banking knowledge in Banks and Financial institutions
- Age not exceeding 35 years in case of male and 40 years in case of female as of 9th August 2021
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English

- Minimum 2 years working experience in the credit/sales/operation and overall banking knowledge in Banks and Financial Institutions
- Age not exceeding 25 years in case of male and 30 years in case of female as of 9th August 2021
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English
4) Assistant: 5 (Credit/Operation)
Minimum Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in management or equivalent degree with minimum 2nd division from recognized University
- Minimum 2 years working experience in the credit/sales/operation and overall banking knowledge in Banks and Financial Institutions
- Age not exceeding 25 years in case of male and 30 years in case of female as of 9th August 2021
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English
5) Job Title: Management Trainee: Few
Minimum Requirement:
- Minimum Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Management/Business Studies/Economics or equivalent Degree with minimum 15t division marks from recognized University
- Age not exceeding 30 years in case of male and 35 years in case of female as of 9th August 2021
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English.
6. Job Title: Teller/CSD Staff (Job Grade: Junior Assistant Trainee: Few)
Minimum Requirement:
- Minimum +2 in management or equivalent degree with minimum 2nd division from a recognized University/Institutions.
- Age not exceeding 25 years in case of male and 30 years in case of female as of 9th August, 2021.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English
- Computer skill in MS Office Applications
