1. Corporate Advisory
Jr. Officer to Sr. Officer - 1
Education:
- Master's Degree in Commerce/ Economics/ Finance/ Management from a recognized university or ACCA / CA/ CPA and Bachelor's Degree in Management.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in Credit Department at Commercial or Development Banks of Nepal as Relationship Manager.
- Age not exceeding 35 years as on deadline of application. Other qualities:
- Adequate knowledge of valuation, modeling, and Project Management related certification.
- Adequate knowledge of the Companies Act, Company Registration procedure, and taxation policy and procedures in the context of Nepal.
- Proficient in both English and Nepali typing.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- High level of commitment towards the job.
- Flexibility in office timing without time constraints.
2. Merchant Banking
B. Officer to Assistant Manager - 1
Education:
- Master's Degree in Commerce/ Economics/ Finance/ Management from a recognized university or ACCA / CA/ CPA and Bachelor's Degree in Management.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in the related field. Age not exceeding 35 years as on deadline of application. Other qualities:
- Adequate knowledge of By-Laws of regulatory bodies (SEBON, CDSC, and NEPSE) regarding Issue Management, Stock Listing in NEPSE & CDSC, and Underwriting.
- Proficient in both English and Nepali typing.
- High level of commitment towards the job.
- Leadership quality to lead the department to achieve the organizational goals.
- Flexibility in office timing without time constraints.
