- Fluency in Engish and Nepali both oral and written
- Excellent negotiation skills, financial knowledge, and good knowledge about marked %/sales planning/recruitment & training/trade development/pricing & control/customer care & pudic relation and brand management, experience in the shipping-liner business.
- Excellent Computer Skill.
Position: Junior Broadcast Engineer (Few)
For Pokhara, Chitwan, Bhairahawa, Damak, and Bhedetar (Dhankuta) Station:
- Bachelor in Computer/Electronics & Communication /CSIT
- Should be flexible to work in any shifts {morning/ evening/ night).
- Knowledge on Downlink C- band reception, RF UHF transmission, Antenna's, Encoder, Transcoder, Decoder, M PEG2 /MPEG4 Compression, and Digital communication system. Knowledge on (PG system for digital transmission.
- Previous experience on MCR/RF/Headend unit would be an advantage.
- Knowledge on video editing, Mixing would be added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of operating Generator and UPS. CCNA Certification would be a plus point.
- Minimum 1-year experience in a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of Networking, Firewall
- Ability to provide Functional Application Support on SMS & CAS system.
- Experience in software testing operation would add an additional advantage.
- Ability to extract data for cleansing and troubleshooting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle play out and CG software/server for channels. Good written and communication skill for reporting.
- Quick learner on new broadcasting technology. Ability to work under a team.
- Able to work under pressure.
Position: Network/System Engineer (Few)
- Bachelor in Computer or related field.
- Should be flexible to work in any shift.
- 2 years of Network Engineering experience or related. CCNA or JNCIA preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of IP protocols, MPLS, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP Cisco Switches, Juniper SRX, physical fiber, and copper infrastructure, and other data networking concepts. Networking and/or Security certifications: COLA, INCIA will be more prioritizing.
- Adva need knowledge of networking equipment including switches, routers, firewalls. road balancers. LAN, WAN. DNS, VOIP, IP security, NAT, ACts, EIGRP, HSRP, Wet SNMP. Experience with security tools to include: 551 VPN.UTM and IPS security in the firewall. Physical plant and data center experience will be appreciated.
- Experience vAth Fortinet firewall, SRX firewall, and load balancers preferred. Basic Knowledge of Unto( Is a plus.
- Ability to apply knowledge to real-world scenarios.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and work calmly under pressure.
- Assists other Network/system/broadcast Engineering teams in the analysis and diagnosis of problems.
- Must be a self.starter with a condo attitude, comfortable and demonstrating flexibility in working in a fast-paced innovative environment.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure services and implementing 12/1.3 switches. Ability to work under a team.
Position: Graphic Designer/Video Editor (Few)
- Knowledge of Graphic designing and Video editing.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as a video editor for content creation with insight Into the production process, creative and all aspect of video production.
- Ability to produce and edit videos
- Proven track record of using adobe creative tools, Premier, after effects, 30 max studios, Maya, Color grading etc.
- Ability to create graphic design.
- Knowledge of digital file formats and Codecs.
- Ability to edit and design the latest software.
- Self-motivated and problem solver with excellent technical knowledge and video equipment
