Practical Action seeks to recruit dynamic and skilled people to work for Practical Action South Asia Regional Office and for "Building climate-adaptive farming opportunities and improved livelihoods for women and marginalized groups in Nepal" Project in the following positions:
1. Business Development Manager (BDM)
- Manages overall areas of business development to achieve Practical Action's change ambitions and business growth in Nepal. Reports to the Head of Business Development and Programme Quality and will support to oversee areas of donor intelligence, project design, proposal development, fundraising, donor reporting, and strengthen organizational profile.
2. Programme Delivery Coordinator (PDC)
- Supports in the delivery of all projects & awards in compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies and procedures including Project & Award Management tools and processes. Supports projects/awards in collaboration with Thematic Leads and M RI. Manager to establish effective monitoring and evaluation systems that enable us to assess impact and cost-effectiveness.
3. Finance and Administrative Officer (FAO)
- Responsible for overall effective financial and administrative management of the project including efficient inventory and logistics management, review of partner financial reports, monitoring partners' accounts, and capacity building of partners.
4. Project Officer
- Provides strategic support to the project on planning, implementation, technical guidance, monitoring, coordination, and reporting to contribute to building the economic, social, and climate resilience of women and socially marginalized groups through climate-adaptive fanning and profitable livelihoods.
5. Driver
- Responsible for driving a vehicle in a safe and disciplined manner and maintaining a clean and fully equipped vehicle with all required accessories as per vehicle operation policy.
