Branch Manger-3 Officer Level

Bagmati Province (Main Branch, Newroad, Tinkune Branch & Panchkahal Branch

Eligibility Criteria:

For Manager Level (Credit/Loans/Recovery Department)

Minimum Master's Degree in related subject from a recognized university.
Should have at least 7 years' experience in BFIs in Credit Department.
Age not below 21 and not exceeding 45 years.

For Officer Level (Marketing Departments)

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in related subject from a recognized university.
Should have at least 5 years of experience of respective field in Bank/Financial Institution or expertise in the relevant field.
Preference will be given to candidates having Knowledge to product papers, can prepare marketing plan, staff mobilization for marketing, PR (Public Relations), digital platform mobilization, designing materials for advertising etc.
Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40years.

For Officer Level (Secretary-Office of the CEO)

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in related subject from a recognized university.
Preference subject will be bachelor's Degree in Legislative Law or related subject from a recognized university.
Should have at least 5 years of experience of respective field.
Preference will be given to candidates having Knowledge to Company Secretary, aware of legal circumstances.
Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40years.

For Officer Level (Other Departments)

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in related subject from a recognized university.
Should have at least 5 years of experience of respective field in Bank/Financial Institution.
Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40years.

For Assistant Level

Minimum +2 in related subject.
Should have at least 2 years of experience in BFIs or relevant field.
Age not below 18 and not exceeding 35years.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in related subject from a recognized university.
Should have at least 5 years of experience in Bank/Financial Institution.
Preference will be given to candidates having overall banking knowledge and at least 2 years of experience as Branch Manager or Relationship Manager in any Bank/Financial Institution
Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years.

Documentary evidence related to qualification and experience shall be sought from shortlisted candidates. Progressive Finance reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever. Canvassing at any stage of the process will lead to automatic disqualification.

Examination: Interview/Written or Both

For female candidates, the age limit is increased by 5 years for all positions.
