Rastriya Samachar Samiti (RSS), Central Office, Kathmandu Notice regarding the call for application for filling up of posts through performance appraisal, open and inclusive, and internal competitive examination

As per the approval of Rastriya Samachar Samiti (RSS), the vacancies in the vacancies, level, level, service, and the group have been approved by the Public Service Commission to fill the permanent posts through performance appraisal, internal open and inclusive competitive examination; Applications have been invited from Nepali citizens who have reached the specified qualifications from 2077-10-30.

For internal and open competitive examination within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice to participate in the examination conducted by the Public Service Commission; For Officer Level post Rs. 1,200 (one thousand two hundred), and for Assistant Level Rs.  600 (six hundred)Examination fee.

The application form can be downloaded from the committee's website www.rssnepal.org.np/publication. Candidates who have not submitted the application within the stipulated period or have not duly filled the application form will not be allowed to participate in the competitive examination.

1) Type of service: Permanent

2) Services, Salary, Allowance, and Facilities: As per RSS rules.

3) Type of work and area of ​​work: Candidates who are successfully appointed in the examination shall be subject to the prevailing law and shall act as prescribed by the committee.

4) Required minimum educational qualifications and experience:

(A) For the internal competitive examination, the officer level should have passed at least proficiency certificate level and officer level bachelor level.

(B) For the open competitive examination for the post of Officer Level 7 Co-Editor / Correspondent, at least postgraduate level in the relevant subject should be passed.

(C) In the posts of officer level 6, at least bachelor level should be passed in the related subject.

(D) Passed the Secondary Education Examination (SLC / SEE) in a related subject from a recognized educational institution for the post of Assistant Level 5 Senior Assistant and obtained a minimum D Plus and CGPA of one point six in each of the subjects (Theoretical and Experimental) in Class XI and XII. Or proficiency certificate or passed like a hundred.

(E) For the post of Assistant Level IV Assistant, one should have obtained or passed at least GPA 2.0 in SLC or ASEE in the relevant subject.

5) In the case of Adivasi / Janajati in the inclusive group, on the basis of the same list in the case of castes listed in the Nepal Adivasi / Janajati Utthan Rashtriya Pratisthan Act but if there is more than one caste within the caste listed in the Nepal Adivasi / Janajati Utthan Rashtriya Pratisthan Act, on the recommendation of the concerned local level The application should be submitted along with the last name.

6) Candidates who have obtained academic qualifications after passing from a foreign university or board shall attach proof of equivalence determination from Tribhuvan University.

7) Candidates who want to apply for the post under Inclusive have to pay Rs. 600.- (Six hundred) will have to pay the additional examination fee.

8) Age limit of the candidate till the last date of application

(A) On the open side, the minimum age required for the post of Assistant Level 4 and 5 is 18 years and not exceeding 35 years.

(B) 21 years of age and not exceeding 35 years of age in the position of the open level officer.

(C) In the case of open women and candidates with disabilities not exceeding 40 years.

(D) The age limit shall not apply to the permanent employees participating in the internal competitive examination of the Rastriya Samachar Samiti (RSS).

9) Application Form Filling Period 2077-10-30 to 2077-12-1

10) The period for filing the form after paying the double fee will be from 2077-12-02 to 2077-12-08. If there is a public holiday on the last date of submission of the application, the application can be submitted on the day of the opening of the office. However, the educational qualification, certificate of inclusion, and age limit obtained after the last date of application 2077-12-1 will not be valid.

11) Application Form Documents to be attached: All documents of educational qualification and citizenship certificate, inclusive group opening the document in case of advertisement of the inclusive group, and copy of the certificate of equivalency if obtained educational qualification from abroad.

12) Candidate Selection Method: Candidates involved in the open competitive examination will be selected through written examination, computer skills test and interview. Only those candidates who have been approved for the application will be allowed to participate in the written test and only those who have succeeded in the written test will be allowed to participate in the computer skills test and interview.

13) Date, Time and Place of Conducting Written Examination: The written examination of the above advertisements will be conducted by the Public Service Commission. Written examination for all the posts will be conducted in Kathmandu. The procedure, time and place of the written examination shall be as per the information published by the Public Service Commission. 17) The Rastriya Samachar Samiti (RSS) shall have the right to approve the application. Applications that have not been submitted within the stipulated period and have not reached the formalities will not be included as potential candidates.
