RURAL EDUCATION AND ENVIRONMENT DEVELOPMENT CENTER (REED) - NEPAL VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT:

Rural Education and Environment Development Center (REED) — Nepal was established in 2000 as a Non-Governmental organization registered in District Administration Office, Kathmandu and affiliated with Social Welfare Council (SWC). The REED Nepal was initiated by the first Everest climbers who witnessed that children in the Himalayan region have been backward to reach of the basic level of education and felt the need to assist Nepal Government's attempts for the improvement of an overall standard of School Education in the Himalayan regions.

Rolling Plans Pa Ltd. invites applications from all interested and qualified candidates for following positions as per minimum requirements of qualification and experiences are given below:

Job Position: Programme Director (PD)

Job Location: 70% Kathmandu and 30% Fields/Projects

Vacancy Code: PDP-8644-I9

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree (preferred) in Education /Sociology/Management or other relevant fields;
  • Master's Degree with a minimum of 5 years working experience or Bachelor's Degree with Minimum of 7 years working experience at the management level (preferably in I/NGO sector);
  • Should have a prior proven record of long-term program development in education and excellent proposal writing skills;
  • Experience in education Strategy Development and Implementation will be an added value to the position.

Job Position: Education Program Manager (EPM)

Job Location: 50% Kathmandu and 50% Solukhumbu

Vacancy Code: EPME-9575-19

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree (preferred) in Education /Sociology/Management or other relevant fields;
  • Master's Degree with a minimum of 5 years working experience or Bachelor's Degree with Minimum of 7 years working experience (preferably in JINGO sector);
  • Good conceptual and practical skill to write project concept paper, design documents and report of the project;
  • Prior experience of conducting Baseline survey and aware of Evaluation and Monitoring process and tools;
  • Ability to facilitate Training, Seminar and Advocacy programs.
