Renewable Energy Test Station (RETS) Vacancy

Renewable Energy Test Station (RETS), an autonomous institution affiliated to the Nepal Academy of Science and Technology(NAST), hereby invites applications from qualified and experienced Nepalese professionals for the position of General Manager.

1. Minimum Qualification and Experience, the candidate must have:

• A Masters Degree or equivalent in Engineering/Science / Technology/ from the recognized university.
• At least five years of work experience in managerial position after related Bachelor's degree in a recognized organization.
• Must have knowledge on Organisational Management/Business Administration.
• Must be proficient in computer application.

2. Preferred Qualifications and Experiences:

• Ph.D. in a relevant area with Renewable Energy
• Work experience in the field of renewable energy or instrumentation
• Master in Business Administration
• Working knowledge of technical quality control, product development, and technical training especially in solar and bio-energy technologies.
• Proficiency in languages: English and Nepali in written and spoken
• Contractual appointment for two years with possible extension and with a probationary period of first six months.
• As per the rule and Regulation of RETS.
