VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. Butwal, Rupandehi (A national level 'D' class Wholesale lending financial institution) invites applications from interested and qualified Nepalese citizens for the following posts.
1. Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager: No.1
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified from ICAN/ICAI.
- Preference will be given to experienced candidates in Banks and Financial institutions.
- Age Limit: between 21 and 45 years.
- Well acquainted with the banking laws, rules, regulations, and directives.
- Strong understanding of the Nepalese Financial / Microfinance sector.
- Excellent organizational, communicational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent in written/spoken English and Nepali.
2. Assistant Manager (Finance Dept.): No.1
- Master's Degree (or equivalent) in any discipline (preference will be given to Management).
- At least 7 years' experience in banks/financial institutions, of which a minimum of 4 years must be at Officer or Higher level.
- Age Limit: between 21 and 45 years.
- Well acquainted with the banking laws, rules, regulations, and directives.
- Strong understanding of the Nepalese Financial / Microfinance sector.
- Excellent organizational, communicational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent in written/spoken English and Nepali.
3. Assistant/Senior Assistant (IT) : No.1
- Bachelors' Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Application or IT related subjects.
- Age Limit: between 18 and 40 years.
- Good working knowledge of information security domains including Network Protection, Intrusion, Access Control, etc.
- Understanding of Operating Systems and Server Management.
- At least 1 year's experience in related fields.
4. Junior Assistant/Assistant: No. 1
- 10+2 (or equivalent) in any discipline (preference will be given to Management).
- Age Limit: between 18 and 40 years.
- At least 1 year's experience in related fields.
- Understanding of Nepalese MFIs/Cooperative Sector will be an advantage.
