Samata Gharelu Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is a national-level financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank. Applications are invited from interested Nepali citizens who have reached the mentioned qualifications as there is a need for skilled manpower in various positions for the branch offices of the financial institution to be established in the near future and the existing branch offices.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

Monitoring Officer / Cluster Head: Have passed Bachelor's or similar examination from a recognized educational institution and have at least 3 years work experience in the related field or have passed proficiency certificate level in the related field. At least 5 years of work experience. Special consideration will be given to those who have experience in monitoring and supervision of the branch office of the microfinance institution as well as those who have motorcycle and vehicle driver's license and computer-related knowledge.

Branch Head: At least 2 years of work experience in the field of microfinance after passing the proficiency certificate level. Special consideration will be given to those who have worked as branch heads in microfinance institutions and have motorcycle and vehicle driver's licenses and have knowledge related to computers.

Field Staff: Having passed the SLC / SEE exam, at least 1-year of work experience in a microfinance institution. Special consideration will be given to those who have motorcycle and vehicle driver's licenses and computer knowledge.

Assistant Trainee: Passed SLC / SEE exam. Special consideration will be given to those who have motorcycle and vehicle driver's licenses and computer knowledge.

Additional Information:

Age Limit: For officer level 21 years completed and not exceeding 40 years and for all other posts 18 years completed and not exceeding 35 years but in the case of women the upper age limit will be increased by 5 years.

Last date to apply: Within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice.

Selection Process: Written or Interview or both
