Samata Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is a “D” Class Microfinance and has been working under the licensed from Nepal Rastra Bank for 10 district, this microfinance company has plans to expand the jurisdiction in the near future, as there is a need for skilled manpower for the posts as per the central office and branch offices.
Age Limit: For Assistant Manager Post, 30 years not exceeding 45 years, 21 years at the official level and 40 years for all other posts, and 6 years for all other posts, but in case of female, the age limit will be 6 years.
Special subscription:
- Special preference will be given to those with work experience in the social sector, computer knowledge, and motorcycle driver's license.
- Determination of level will be decided on the mutual agreement based on experience and qualifications.

Selection process: Written or interviewed or both.
