Sarathi Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, Dhulikhel-3, Kavrepalanchowk, licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank, is currently operating in 30 districts including 77 branches. For the new branches to be established in Karnali and Sudurpashchim Provinces in the near future, including the above branches, this financial institution needs some skilled manpower at the support level.

For Senior Assistant Level: Graduated from an accredited university with a degree in Management, Science, Commerce or Business or Humanities with a major in Economics, or a Certificate level, or a 10 + 2 graduate assistant and working in a post below one level (Assistant level) and at least in the microfinance field. Have 3 years of work experience or at least 6 years of work experience in junior assistant level post with 10 + 2 degree.
Assistant Level: Graduate from a recognized university, or have passed a similar examination, or certificate level. or at least 3 years of work experience in the post of Junior Assistant in the field of Microfinance.
Junior Assistant Level: Certificate level or 10 + 2 passed. However, special priority will be given to those who have graduated or similar and have work experience in the field of microfinance.
Note: If you have obtained an academic degree from abroad, Tribhuvan University should have determined the same level of an academic degree.
(2) Age limit of the candidate: - Completed 15 years on the last date of application and not exceeding 35 years. But in the case of women candidates, it will be 5 more years.

(7) Selection Method of Candidates: - From among the received applicants, the shortlisted candidates will be called for written examination and the candidates who have passed the written examination will be called for interview. Also written examination-related information will be published later.
