Child Poverty Advisor

Term & Location: Fixed term until December 2019 with possible extension based in Kathmandu

Description:

Provide strategic direction and technical lead for Save the Children in Nepal/Bhutan's work in the Child Poverty, which includes Child Sensitive Social Protection (CSSP), Child Sensitive Livelihoods and Adolescent Skills (CSLAS) for successful transitions; designing new programs/projects, and identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships; ensure program quality and program learning and advise field-based technical staff

Eligibility:

Master's degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Social Science, Agriculture, Health, Business Management with at least 10 years (7 years for GSI group*) of relevant experience including 5 years in senior leadership positions

Supply Chain Assistant

Required No.(s): 1

Term & Location: until December 2019 with possible extension based in Kathmandu

 

 

Description:

Assist in procurement of goods and services including preparing and updating procurement tracker, vendor list, filing and documentation; support in fleet management on preparing a fleet report, updating data on log sheets of vehicles.

Eligibility: 

At least Intermediate or 10+2 (Bachelor's preferred) in any discipline, preferably in Management at least 2 years (1 year for GSI group*) of relevant work experience
