Shrijanshil Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited Golbazar 7 Choharwa (Siraha), a national level “D” class licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank, required the following staff for microfinance services.

Required educational qualifications/work experience:

• For Senior Assistant: At least 2 years of working experience in a financial institution by passing proficiency certificate, or 10+2 from a recognized educational institution
• For Junior Assistant: Passed proficiency certificate from a recognized educational institution, or 10 + 2. Those who have passed the management subject (trainee) will be accepted.

A) Age limit: 18 years completed and not exceeding 35 years and in case of women 5 years will be added.

B) Service: permanent/temporary including trial period

C) Type of examination:

A) Discussion and interview for Senior Assistant / Assistant

B) Written and interview for junior assistant (trainee) and one week field concept (training period will be 6 months).

D) Required Qualifications:

A) Acceptance will be given to those who have a motorcycle driver's license.

B) Received basic education in computer.
