Srijana Finance Limited invites application from highly motivated, skilled, dynamic and results-oriented Nepalese citizens for the vacant job positions at its Branch Offices and Head Office Departments.
JOB POSITIONS
1. Head - Risk & Compliance- Head Office - 1
2. Head - Loan Recovery - Head Office - 1
3. Head - Corporate Banking - Head Office - 1
4. Head - Internal Audit - Head Office - 1
5. Branch Manager (Morang, Saptari, Sunsari - Any Branch) - Few
Minimum Criteria for 1 to 5 Minimum Criteria for 1 to 5 Position shall commensurate to the profile of candidates. Must have a Bachelor/Master degree from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks or 3.0 CGPA. Should have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in leading Financial Institution/Commercial Bank in same fields.
6. Trainee Assistant/Assistant Level - Few
For various department in the Branch Office and Head Office
Minimum Criteria - 10+2/Bachelor's Degree in Management or equivalent with a minimum of 50%.
✓ Fresher can apply. Eligible criteria for all positions:
✓ Ability to work independently with the flexibility of time and working condition.
✓ Well-versed and fluent in both written and spoken English and Nepali.
✓ Expected to be having positive attitude, smart personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✓ Age should not exceed 40 years for Officer Level and 35 years for Assistant Level. (5 Years will be added for female candidates.)
