Tarakeshwor Municipality (Nagarpalika), Office of Municipal Executive, Dharmasthali, Kathmandu, Bagmati Pradesh, Nepal invites application for the post of Enterprise Development Facilitator (EDF):
As per Article 5 of the Micro-Enterprise Development Program (MEDPA) Operational Guideline, 2077 for a conditional grant towards conditional grant received from the Federal Government in this municipality, the post of Enterprise Development Facilitator (EDF) has to be filled in the service contract for the current Fiscal Year 2077/078 Interested Nepali citizens who have reached the following qualifications are requested to submit an application to this office within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of the notice along with the required details and receipt of payment of revenue.

Additional Information:
1) Minimum qualification required:
(A) Passed Entrepreneur Development Facilitator Skill Test Level 2 recognized by Council of Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) or
(B) Passed the Enterprise Development Facilitator Technical Entrance Examination (TSLC) recognized by the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT).
2) Exam Fee: Rs. 400 (only four hundred rupees) Cash deposit voucher has to be submitted to the internal account No. 17CA501509509524007 of NIC Asia branch of Tarakeshwor Municipality.
3) Contract period: Will be till the end of Ashad 2078.
4) Service Facility: The agreement with Tarakeshwor Municipality will be as mentioned in the agreement.
5) Type of Selection: Only up to 15 candidates selected in the list of preliminary qualifications will be interviewed. The basis for initial list selection: (a) Work experience, (b) Higher technical qualification, (c) Other educational qualification (above SLC)
6) Age limit: Must have completed at least 18 years of age and not exceed 40 years of age on the last date of application.
7) Documents to be attached with the application form: a copy of Nepali citizenship certificate, personal details of the candidate, certificate of minimum educational qualification and copy of character certificate, certificate of work experience, 3 copies of passport size photo, and other documents as per prevailing law.
8) Date and place of application: Within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of the notice and submit the application; If there is a public holiday on the last day, the application can be submitted by filling the prescribed form in person at the office of this municipality the next day during office hours.
9) Place of work and job description: Tarakeshwor Municipality and the Poverty Alleviation Micro-Enterprise Development Program (MEDAP) shall be in accordance with Schedule 1 of the Operating Guidelines.
