1. City Police Deputy Inspector

Application Submission

Applications are to be submitted to the Thakurbaba Municipality, Sainawar Bardiya within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice (First published on 04.09.2080). The application form and syllabus can be obtained from the municipal office or downloaded from the official municipality website at www.thakurbabamun.gov.np. Ensure to include all prescribed documents and a receipt of tax payment with your application.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

1. Educational Qualification:

   • For Deputy Inspector and Sub-Inspector: Certificate level or equivalent education from a recognized institution or retired Assistant Inspector or above from Nepal Police.
   • For City Police Constable: SEE from a recognized institution or service in Nepal Army, Nepal Police or Armed Police.

2. Age: Between 21 to 45 years depending on the post.

3. Citizenship: Must be a Nepali citizen.

4. Criminal Record: Must not have been convicted of any criminal offense involving moral turpitude.

5. Physical Standards: Men should be at least 5 feet tall, chest 31-33 inches, and weigh at least 50 kg. Women should be at least 4 feet 10 inches tall and weigh at least 42 kg.

Application Fee

Application fees vary by position:

• Deputy Inspector: Rs. 800
• Sub-Inspector: Rs. 700
• City Police Constable: Rs. 600

Examination Structure

Candidates will undergo a Preliminary Health Test / Physical Fitness Test, Comprehensive Health Test Examination, Written Test, and Interview. The exam date will be published later.
