The Leaf hospitality is an upcoming luxury villa resort in Nepal with the mission of becoming a leader in the segment. For the construction project, we are currently looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual for the following positions:
MEP Manager - 1
Academic Qualification & Experience:
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical)
- Must have 5-7 years' experience in construction of Hotels/Hospitals/ Large housing as MEP Engineer or site engineer with the knowledge of MEP.
- Must be able to lead the team with proper coordination with Vendors and contractor.
- Sound knowledge of reading drawing and executing the task accordingly.
Electrical Engineer: 1
Academic Qualification & Experience:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 3-4Years of experience as Electrical engineer in the construction of housing, hospital or hotels.
- Must be able to deal with vendors and contractors, read the drawing and verify.
