Position: Assistant Food and Beverage Manager
Education: Graduated in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration or related field.
Experience: At least 7 to 10 years of experience in Food and Beverage division in 5 Star Hotel or in similar field.
Knowledge and Abilities
- Responsible for handling day to day overall food and beverage operations.
- Ensures compliance with all food & beverage policies, procedures as per the international standards,
- Establishes guidelines for customer service and train employees to understand customer needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Provides clear guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
- Estimates cost and selling ratio of product to ensure highest profitability,
Position: Bar Executive
Education: Graduate in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Bar/Mixologist or in related field.
Experience: At least 2 to 4 years of experience in as bartending/mixologist in a 5 Star Hotel or in similar industry.
Knowledge and Abilities
- Well versed Knowledgeable about signature intemational cocktails and mocktails.
- Provide recommendation based on customer tastes and preferences.
- Complete scheduled inventories of supplies, food, and liquor, Check stock and raise requisition for necessary supplies,
Position: Banquet Service Expert
Education: Graduate in Hotel and Restaurant Management or in related field.
Experience: At least 1 to 3 years of experience in Banquet Service in a 5 Star Hotel or in similar industry.
Knowledge and Abilities
- Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, staying on your feet, climbing stairs, carrying heavyweights
- Adhering to safety and quality standards.
Position: Life Guard cum Pool Attendant
Education: Certified Life Guard from accredit institute and CPR/ First Aid certified.
Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of experience as life guard/Pool attendant in a 4 or 5 Star Hotel or in similar industry.
Knowledge and Abilities
- Actively guard and scan the pool area at all times.
- Conduct pool inspections and complete pool chemical logs and report imbalances or concerns to the supervisor,
- Record daily participation numbers and complete daily cleaning assignments,
- Recognize and respond effectively in emergency situations.
