Nepal Eye Program, Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology (TIO), a centre of excellence in comprehensive eye care service including training; research; IOL manufacturing; eye bank, and community program is currently looking for qualified Nepali candidates to apply for the following positions on the time-bound contract which is renewable thereafter subject to satisfactory performance.

Minimum Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Management preferably HR management as a major subject
- Minimum 6 years experience in Manager Level, Preference in HR Management in Hospitals/INGO-NGO/Corporate/GoN
