Eligibility:
Master's Degree in Public Health, Social Science, Procurement, Supply Chain Management and/or other related field with at least 2 years or more of professional experience with public health systems and managing health programmes; direct experience of planning, programming, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of health programmes, preferably in the area of FP & RHCS. Extensive knowledge of FP and Supply Chain Management: forecasting, warehousing, distribution, logistics information systems, and e-LMIS. Significant public procurement and Supply Chain Management experience related to the health sector preferred. Good analytical skills and ability to handle complexity and diverse local contexts as well as effective engagement with a range of stakeholders and programme interventions. Experience of working with Government and Non-Government partners at the national and sub-national level, with knowledge of decentralized health systems strengthening. Excellent writing and communications skills, and ability to prepare succinct reports. Excellent computer knowledge and skills.
Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant -1

Completed secondary level education. Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Statistics, Population, Demography or related discipline desirable with 5 years relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation; prior experience in Result Based Management and M&E are preferred. Excellent computer knowledge and skills. Knowledge and skills in data management and data analysis. Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet preferred. Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, precision and accuracy. Familiarity with the UN system will be an advantage. Fluency in English and Nepali.
